Frequently Asked Questions and Useful Information! Are orders sent the same day?
Unfortunately not! I cannot guarantee same-day-shipment because I also have a fulltime job. Shipments are sent on the following days: Tuesday, Thursday evening (Shopping night), Friday and Saturday.
Can colors vary?
Yes there can be slight variations in color.
How does the quantity discount work?
The quantity discount is applied per category so it applies if you order the specified number of items per category. That means if you order 10 clips, a 5 percent discount applies. But if you order 5 clips and 5 motive clips, the discount does not apply because these are 2 different categories.
Safety:
Here at clipsNbeads Safety is a major issue. For that reason we decided to have the basic pacifierclips tested to see whether they meet the rules and regulations as set by the EU for children toys. The tests were: EN-71 part 1, EN-71 part 3, Phthalates and Nickel Release. I am very happy to say that the basic pacifierclips passed all the tests successfully. Nevertheless a pacifierchain is still dangerous and a child should NEVER be left unsupervised when using a pacifierchain!
The remaining articles in the webshop have been carefully selected and included in our assortment only because those have been produced in accordance with Laws and regulations as set by the EU.
Why should you buy from us?
We select our product based on quality and safety. There are many shops that sell the wooden beads for example at much lower prices. Nothing wrong with that, but not all wooden beads qualify to be used in a pacifierchain. That is our most important criterium. We do not aim to buy cheap and sell cheap, we aim to buy quality products that can be safely used in a pacifierchain.
What is this new category Special Price?
The slogan of this category is "our gain is your gain"! Thanks to our faithful customers who kept coming back to us to shop, we were able to invest and purchase directly from the factory. This means buying larger amounts at lower costprice but still getting the high quality we demand. As a result we could lower our price as well. We aim to have all remaining products transferred to the Special price category soon. Unfortunately every advantage has a disadvantage: the quantity discount does not apply to this category. Further I allso need to mention that the special price clips are 2mm. smaller than the basic and motiv clips!
